It was near everything we needed, staff were friendly, free water bottles as often as you needed, room was nice and comfortable
Our 9 year old scraped his knee while in town when we got back to the main desk asked if they had a bandaid and the guy pulled a kit out said help yourself take couple extra even though accident didn't even happen on the property. Breakfast staff was very friendly.
Customer service was exceptional, particularly at continental breakfast. The man running it was extremely polite to guests and clearly took pride in presentation and satisfaction.
Although my overall experience was good and very good, if it were not for the very, very extremely low commode in the bathroom, I would stay again and again. But your toilet is extremely too close to the floor and that is not acceptable.
It was clean and quiet, has a fridge, free breakfast and indoor pool (which we unfortunately didn't have enough time to use). Staff were so sweet and friendly specially the cafeteria lady.
