Aden was so nice and professional when we arrived ! Great at his job!
I hope I remembered his name correctly
The rooms were nice and the location was perfect for our event. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Loved the gentleman who checked us in. He remembered us from our previous stay and why we were there. Loved our room. Very comfortable and clean. Loved that we could just take a short walk to dinner at one of two close restaurants. We really enjoyed breakfast and both ladies on duty were very nice.
The lady at the desk, Christan, was very helpful and patient. I was having issues with the card payment, which was on the banks end. It took about 45 mins to get us checked in. She was very helpful.
The shower in the bathroom was very clean. 1 little issue I had though. I had gone to step in the shower after I had the water running. I slipped, but caught myself. Even tho the bottom of the shower was textured, it was still slick. I had to lay a hand towel on the bottom of the shower so I would not slip while moving around. It does need a shower mat if some kind.
The bed was a little bit harder the my husband and I are used to, but still good.
We kept having issues with the TV's in the room. We were in the King Suite. When you turned 1 TV off, the other one would come on and vise versa. Kinda comical.
How clean it was, staff was so nice and it's so close to restaurants too in walking.
