Location, facility, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
Great staff, good location close to beach, great with ocean view, quiet being a good distance from noisy boardwalk, great position of the pool with long sun exposure, close to Centennial Park where concerts and food trucks make a weekly presence. A few blocks from bike rentals, etc.
Loved the gorilla available for use and outdoor eating areas.
Lady at the front desk was amazing, super friendly and warm. Love pool and mini golf
The staff treated us like family from beginning to end. We would come back again. My children loved the mini golf. Beds were comfortable and they put us in a room that was on the end unit making it convenient for our service animal to exit quickly to go potty.
