Location, a lot of restaurants and stores on the street; quiet at night, nice decorations
Beautiful hotel in a great location! The staff is very nice and helpful. Loved the ambiance and decor. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Palo Alto.

Loved the renovation...preserved the ''old feel', while delivering comfort and function
The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, my 6-year-old wanted to ride the old elevator they have. When it wasn't coming down one helpful team member jumped in to help us and ended up running up several flights of stairs to check and see if the door was left open. When she was gone another team member jumped in and offered to assist and do the same. The decor was as expected, tehe building was just cool. Everything was above what was expected, especially at this price point.
