Все просто замечательно)
В один из дней, вернулись в номер в 23:00 а он открыт.. Горничные после уборки забыли закрыть дверь и номер с нашими вещами простоял открытый практически весь день, это конечно не допустимо!
Я останавливаюсь уже в этом отеле 10 раз, как домой приезжаю . Спасибо за чистоту , за вкусный завтрак , за тренажерный зал и за сервис.
Нет недостатков
Расположение, название отеля, вежливый и внимательный персонал. В целом жить можно, в Рим приехали за другими эмоциями. О, чуть не забыл, большой плюс, комплимент в виде тортика в день заезда в отель, этот день совпал с Днём Рождения жены, плюсую!!!
Номер 217 изрядно потрепан, запах канализации по утрам в ванной комнате (видимо засорены трубы, не знаю , предполагаю), косметический ремонт номеру необходим.
Из мелочей ))))) по списку минибара должно быть белое и красное вино, было только красное, отсутствовал штопор.
И совсем о мелком)))) интересная вариация на тему завтрак включён, все что в буфете без ограничений плюс карта из которой бесплатно можно выбрать что-то одно..............
Как итог, от отеля с названием в котором есть слово Гранд, ждёшь большей безупречности.
Но 4 дня в Риме перекрывают 4 ночи в отеле))))
Отличный отель. Прекрасная обстановка в лобби, очень вкусные завтраки, обслуживание супер.
