Неплохой номер,есть кондиционер,в номере чисто,присутствует всё необходимое для проживания.Хорошее месторасположение,в самом центре Мадрида-это главное.В общем мне понравилось!

Прекрасно провела время! Огромное спасибо команде островок за оперативное бронирование дополнительные дни. Было не вероятно приятно ощущать заботу!
Рядом церковь Мадлен, Опера, площадь Согласия. Много линий метро, есть линии RER.
Вежливый и доброжелательный персонал. Я умудрился потерять карточку с ключом, выдали другую без проблем. С обслужиаанием никаких проблем.
Отопление работало недостаточно хорошо
Рядом метро, вокзал Сен-Лазар. Пешком можно дойти до Оперы, до площади Согласия.
Сначала омлет на завтрак готовили натуральный, из яиц. Но последние два дня - из порошка, есть не могла.
Отель находится в шаговой доступности от метро и до Оперы можно прогуляться пешком! Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал.
Отсутствие кондиционера в номере. Но несмотря на это температура в комнате была комфортной.
