Loved how clean it was. Iron, hair dryer, and toiletries were available too. Excellent neighborhood and distance. The host was responsive too. It was a comfortable stay and will recommend it to anyone.

The house is perfect for 2 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication was great with fast response and we had a great time in Miami and nearby cities using Guayabita's House as our base.
the house is very clean and comfortable. the bathroom and the kitchen are well furnished. there’s also the laundry area. the neighborhood is super safe. we felt at home.
