The area was steady and everyone that I seen and/or spoke with was very welcoming
They put us in a back room. Made it so much nicer because we had dogs, and just had to walk out the door for them to use a big area for their bathroom needs.
I asked for a room close to a handicap spot and the person at the front desk immediately offered to put me in a handicap accessible room which I was not expecting but it was much appreciated. The shower was very easy to get in and out of and it even included a built-in seat which was great. The room was spotless and smelled clean. Very spacious. Very proud of y'all for how far the place has come. Keep it up!
I see many positive changes have been made to this property over the past year or so. Great job!
The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were clean. It was quiet my whole stay and the rooms were big. They have coffee and tea available in the office all day, laundry facilities, and close to a lot of stores and food. I saw reviews stating they had bugs but I had zero sights of bugs in my room the two days I stayed or dirt in our rooms.
