Location was excellent, exactly what was needed. Nice staff, clean room and breakfast was a bonus.

Everything met my expectations. This was not my first time at this hotel.

Location is great, about a 5 minute walk straight down 43rd Street to Grand Central. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and great to chat with after coming back from sight seeing. Cleaning staff were great as well, tidying up the room daily.

The breakfast room staff was friendly and courteous. The room was very clean The bathroom sparkled. The front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We interacted mainly with two people. In the afternoon and evening was Victoria and the morning it was Rashree. Each of them were not only courteous but they were full of knowledgeable suggestion for TOURIST looking for directions, places to eat, and places to see. Each time they inquired of us our interest and how we wanted to get around. These suggestions made our daily journeys better and more time efficient.
