Everything, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Clean. Quiet comfortable. Staff was great. I left something in my room and received a text shortly after leaving and my left behind item was mailed to me by a manager. I was very greatfull. U will definitely go back there.
Location was close enough to VT with a good price and a really comfortsble room. Solid value for a weekend where all hotels gouge because they can. We would have liked to stsy righ near the school but the prices were just insane. Hampton inn will definitely have our business again!
Location for us was perfect, the Hotel appeared to be new and in excellent condition and the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We asked for recommended place to eat and they had a full list list prepared and some advice as well. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. Great value for an overnight stay.
Worth mentioning is the fact that I left sweater in the room and Sandra reached out to me by email to inform me and left her number to call back, when I did they offered to ship it to me (my dime of course). I have left plenty of items in hotel rooms in the past, none have initiated contact to advise me, I find this to be exceptional and caring service. Thank You Sandra.
The hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room clean and quiet. The hotel is up to date. This will be the hotel we stay at everytime we come to Salem for now on.
