Great hotel. Everything that we needed. Good location with shops and food around. Would stay again.
Staff was so friendly. The free water bottles was a nice bonus. The room was very clean. Had a wonderful stay.
Staff went over A Beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed and that my stay was comfortable! Because I fell at home, I decided to become a member. I don’t think I will stay at any other hotel chain even though I have Marriott points I could’ve used staying here at this facility in. Avon has changed my mind and I am now every reward member simply because, they met all my expectations over and beyond.

The property was great. I was extremely unhappy about the check in issues we had. The hotel was booked on 11/6 through booking.com but the hotel did not have the reservation. Whose fault, I don’t know, but it was absolutely ridiculous to have to wait and deal with this issue when you book a hotel online for the convenience.
The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I forget the name of the gal who checked us in but she was great!
