TV was impossible to figure out and no guide provided
The hotel was very pleasant and the staff was welcoming. Location was great.
I love how professional the staff was especially (John or Sean) because I called the same day to ask for an early Chreck in. He put notes for the staff, so when I arrived, Kimberly was right on it. She even asked if I was checking in pets. She explained everything the hotel offered.
The room was comfortable.
Breakfast was basic but good, and check out a breeze. Hotel near freeway.
I called in with a question and the person at the front desk was so helpful and kind. When I arrived, the person assisting with check in was just as friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and a good amount of space for the price. Breakfast was delicious and the person assisting there was so nice. Every interaction I had during my stay was far above my expectations and I would absolutely stay here again.
Rooms were nice size. Beds were so comfortable. Facilities clean. Loved staying there. Will be back.
