Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a bottle of water and was pleasantly surprised when the front desk gave me a bottle for free. I was expecting, and willing, to pay.
Housekeeping staff would ask in the hallway if there was anything we needed. Every staff member smiled and greeted us.
Beds and pillows were comfortable.

This way, by far, a superior visit. The staff Krista, Taylor and Linda were absolutely wonderful. They should be rewarded for their help, kindness and consideration of our dilemma. Any employer or organization should be very proud of their customer service. They made our stay wonderful.
One small thing that bothered me. When I went to run the bathroom top, I could smell mildew, which is probably coming from the pipes. I am quite sensitive to that because my house has the same thing. Sometimes it happens, but you have to get either bleach or some sort ofcleanser to clean the inside of the pipes to make them not smell. The bed was very comfortable and it was fairly quiet for the night! We enjoyed our stay.
Good value for money, good hotel for staying in transit.
