Close to the edge of downtown. The price was great, room clean, good air conditioning. The manager/owner had me look at the room prior to checking in. Bedding and room clean. It was way better than I thought it would be.
Nice older motel, comfortable beds, close to old downtown, very nice gentleman checks you in and checks to see if everything is good to go. Love these older motels where you can back up to your door and unload.
It is a cute place! They keep this place very clean and tidy, and the 2 owners are extremely friendly! We stay here all the time now that we know about it, won't go anywhere else. If you want a great, comfortable, and reasonably priced room I recommend Happy Stay.
Liked the ability to get a setup of 3 queen beds in one room. Also, able to park a toy hauler in the lot. Man in office at front desk was very kind and accomodating.
They are extremely nice here and if they can get you something, they do! There rooms are huge and looks very nice and clean! We stay at Howard Johnson's Beumont and it was awful compared to this.
