Rooms are super small.even by NYC standards. Bath is size of a closet. Super small.considering this is a new hotel..bath and room could be bigger. Advertised as 5 star…absolutely not. Same level as a Marriott or Hilton for service and accommodations.nothing special. Because we booked with Zen got lower class room, and was not able to change or upgrade paying any difference.not worth the mo ey..next time would stay somewhere else and pay a bit more for comfortable room. Also they do not price match from any other sites.disappointing.
