Everything was great, I would have liked a coffee maker and cups in the room. Or cups and ice bucket. None of these things were in the room. However, everything was clean and bed was comfortable.
We stayed here for UF family weekend because it was relatively close (15 min) and the only place that was not price gouging during the busy weekend. It was mainly for sleep and is a simple but clean and comfortable place off the highway. The lobby is a bit odd and messy but for the money it is safe and convenient.
Room was very nice and clean mine appeared to be newly renovated.
