Area was quiet. Very comfortable room. Best pillows ever.
I just love the friendly staff at reception. Always smiling and laughing. Happy to be at work and offering the best hospitality. It's always a pleasure to check in and know that someone pleasant who loves their job is going to be there to welcome us.
The place was immaculate. The service was friendly. Everything went smoothly. And I slept well. We also traveled with 2 well behaved Springer Spaniels, they rated it 4 paws up!
The staff was great, always super sweet and welcoming. That southern hospitality is truly unmatched. The dining options were fantastic whether you’re looking for a great morning breakfast, mid day lunch or dinner or even just a nice drink at the bar. You can also be rest assured that the room will always be clean and tidy as the staff came in regularly and even triple making sure I didn’t need anything when I had their hang-on sign on my door handle. Location is great as well, so many restaurants and shopping centers in rock throwing distance from each other.
The staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable
