Personel. Outstanding breakfast service. The lady which served breakfast was nice polite and vey friendly
Customer service was great; the lady @ the desk in the late evenings is very helpful and during the day, Christian was great. Both helped us get our room changed to what we originally booked it for. The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities available... gym was nice and even had the battle rope but unfortunately, I did not get to use the gym! Hotel room was nice and clean and bed was so comfy; I slept like a baby.
I liked how safe the area was that the hotel is in. I didn't feel unsafe in the parking lot or anywhere on the property. I also liked how quiet the area of town is that the hotel is in. The bed was very comfortable too, helped me relax and get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was very clean and nice too; the shower was fantastic. Very comfortable room.
The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large and clean
The main thing is this is the only hotel I’ve ever been to that had continuous hot water! Great pool, not too deep so perfect for littles! Pet and family friendly, and in a great location!
