The gentleman at the front desk was the perfect example of how people in the hospitality industry should treat everyone who walks through their doors. I didn't get his name, but I wish I would have so I could tell his boss to give him a promotion and let him train all current and future employees. My reservation had all kinds of issues due to my bank. At any other hotel, I would have been turned away and lost the money I spent on the reservation. This man turned what would have been a stressful, agonizing situation, into a pleasant, stress-free transaction that took less than 2 minutes! I can't thank him enough! You're the best!
Didn't have the breakfast. But the staff was really great about assisting us with our luggage as there were not anymore bell carts.
Very clean! Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was positive.
I liked the afternoon guy at the check in desk, he was very friendly. I also liked Patty at breakfast.

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the ac was very cold.
