The cleanliness and security the staff was excellent
Got a upgrade without no charge...I am always comfortable staying there.
We thought breakfast was included and it wasn't
My issue was not with the hotel. My issue was with booking.com and not reporting my information over to the hotel fast enough. Once I arrive to the hotel, they informed me that I did not have a booking from booking.com and I had to pay twice in order to get a hotel room. It was such an inconvenience.
The beds were nice very comfortable. Also the bathroom was nice and clean, over all no problems with the hotel room.
