It was conveniently located. It was relatively quiet. Breakfast area/ food was good.
The breakfast selection was poor. The pancake machine wasn't working. They were out of eggs and other guests had to alert staff that most of the hot foods were empty.
We paid for our stay through the Booking app but the manager charged our credit card again. We found the charge because we got a notification from our bank. Another staff member was able to straighten it out for us.
The facilities were fine. Our room was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was wonderful, the gym was nice, the room was comfortable overall and staff was friendly. Location was very good. We were there for a swim invitational at IUP and it was about 5 minutes away. Check in was fast and the water in the shower was nice and hot.
I didn’t know it was hot food; I would have eaten there. Next time!
Staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities and pool access made the stay more welcoming and enjoyable. There were plenty breakfast options and table seating in different areas that allowed for a family oriented setting for my kids and I.
