I liked that everything was close for food and shopping
Very fast check in. Clean room. Many options for breakfast.
Half-mile from SA Intl airport. Plenty of space in room and bathroom. Really good breakfast with lots of hot/cold options. Parking options include gated garage, gated lot, or non-gated lot, all included. We were able to check in at 11:00 which was great.
The staff were very nice and friendly. I needed to check out an hour later and it was no problem. The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast bar in the morning was good, there were many options to choose from. There were even complementary drinks, such as beer and wine, provided in the evening on certain days of our stay, which was nice.
The pool was not open when we got there, but we were able to use the pool of the hotel next door with no issues.
Housekeeping came everyday and provided us with new towels and anything else we needed. I have to come back in a few months, will definitely stay here again.
Everything was perfect!!! Your attendants and front desk clerks were so polite ,nice and obtained us with any info we needed!!! They got our praises!!!
