What I liked about the property was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and kept me comfortable through my stay here. Especially the woman working at the front desk, Rosa. She made me feel at home and was helpful with insider facts about Santa Rosa. Rosa made my stay easy & fun.
The property was very clean and the customer service was amazing.
The breakfast was better than I had expected it to be for a hotel breakfast. There were real eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy along with cereal choices, yougurts and beverages.
Beds were extremely comfortable.
We were attending an event at Snoopy Home Ice and it was very close.
Very nice hotel. The room was perfect and the bed comfy. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. The location was a little out of the way to the main shopping and museum but the drive was not too far.
Everything was super clean. Staff was great! Location was perfect for our trip.
