I love staying at your facility. Staff is great and the facility is too.
My husband and my card were both charged for the full stay as a mistake and it has been almost a week and our card has not been refunded the $500+. This affected our trip considerably. Although the front desk staff was very considerate and remorseful - we still have yet to see our refund reflect in our account.
We liked the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay was short, but enjoyable. We liked the breakfast and our room.
Staff were exceptionally nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast would be so much more interesting if there was anything to set it apart from other hotel breakfast. Some local food or unique option would be delightful.
