Mack was very accomodating re: late checkout request
The food was great. Loved the hot breakfast, especially the cinnamon rolls. The room was comfy, with basic amenities. The staff was really nice.
The room was a great size for the six of us. We didn’t feel cramped. Loved having the shuttle pick us up from the airport.
Mac was the best guest services person I have run into in a very long time. He was very patient and helpful. When I called to request the shuttle from the airport, it was Mac that answered the phone. He is a great asset to this company. Mac is the best example of customer service I have had in a long time
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. More amenities than normal in a hotel.
