It was okay for the money, therefore paid for what i shpuld have expected.
We were greeting by wonderful staff member (Jamal) and provided us our room earlier than expected. Thank you, it was greatly appreciated.
The staff of this IHG property was exceptional. The location is beautiful and close to many things, especially TPA airport. We will choose this property any time we are in the Tampa Bay Area.
Everything was as I expected and more! Front desk worker was super nice and helped me with paperwork, breakfast was more than I imagined and the room service was super good. I would definitely stay here again!
Super clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is really great, especially for the price, with fabulous water views and a restaurant right next door. Terrific free breakfast. Love the pancake machine.
