Hotel was very clean, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash in great quantity.

Exceptionally clean. Super friendly staff. We were in Winnie bird-watching at the nearby wildlife refuges. We highly recommend Holiday Inn Ex0ress in Winnie. Excellent breakfast options, and breakfast is EARLY--important for birders.
