We were traveling with a dog, and they were kind enough to put us on the first floor near a rear exit where we wouldn’t have to go through the lobby each time.
Sue was a fountain of information. She was willing to help
Room was great . Breakfast excellent. Location was perfect for me.
The breakfast was great, lots of variety. The pool was warm and clean. The beds and pillows were nice and comfy. The suite was huge, much bigger than expected. The hotel was nice and quiet, we didn't hear any outside noise, which was great.
I loved the fact I could actually stay in Lockport this time instead of Romeoville or Joliet. I loved the kcup coffee maker and the USB outlets everywhere. I loved the pillows and I especially loved the front desk people since I needed help zipping up my dress. LOL
