I did not like being charged a fee of $10 for possible damage. there was no damage but my $10 was not reimbursed.

The room was clean, the breakfast was decent, one day they had sausage gravy and it was so good. They did a good job soundproofing the hotel because we couldn't hear our neighbors. We stayed here on the 4th of July weekend and the area was quiet, the guests were quiet. I hope the staff and management keep up the good job and keep enforcing those quiet hours so we can stay here again soon and have another positive experience. The hotel has a few shopping stores around, pharmacies and restaurants. The Isle of Palm Beach is 10 minutes away.

Ease of access to pool and amenities, close to a lot of restaurants , beach, shopping etc . Would stay here again top notch

quiet hotel could not hear my neighbors. i love that. i liked the excellent shower pressure. pool was clean. great AC. microwave and fridge and hair dryer worked great. i looooved a lot of hard surfaces to put my things on to limit bed bugs on my luggage. i requested to not be by an elevator and stairs and my request was granted. thank you.

Everything! Room is beautiful, everything is clean, breakfast is fresh and lovely.
