The lady who worked the morning on the day of my stay really saved the day. I loved Daisy she was so helpful and sweet. We arrived earlier than expected and though a room was not ready for us just yet she kept us informed and let the kids come in to swim to get out the car until the room was available. Closer to check in time the room was not yet available but she did have another option and provided that one to us without an up charge. We had an amazing stay due to her amazing customer service and warm heart.
Rooms were clean. Good breakfast and coffee that was free.
Breakfast was pretty good quality eggs and meat. Had oatmeal.
The room was nice; clean; large and confortable with nice fixtures.
Breakfast was adequate. The location was a bit far from the highway, but we like IHG hotels.
