Rachel. Rachel was great! I booked through Booking. com. When I had to change the date of our stay, I was told by the hotel that we had to do it through booking, and the woman I spoke to was very rude. (I didn't get her name.) Booking kept telling me to call the hotel. After three frustrating days of phone calls to the hotel and attempts to reach booking, Rachel answered the phone. She helped me get through to booking, and the dates were changed! If it hadn't been for Rachel, I would have had to pay for a room we didn't use, and we definitely would have gone to a different hotel. Rachel saved our trip. And when I met her in person, she couldn't have been nicer. If I'm ever in that area again, I will definitely stay at that hotel again.
The breakfast was ok. The omelets were a little skimpy on cheese, the sausage, biscuits, grits and gravy were good. There were plenty of juice selections. Cereal and pastrie selections were good. The coffee makers that grind the coffee beans fresh for every cup of coffe was very nice. Over all I'd give it 7.5 out of 10. I did like the water feature at the breakfast room.it was very nice The room was very nice, the shower was great & everything was very clean. All of the colors were very pleasing also.
The location is great.. staff was so nice.. pool was nice.. room was good
It was maintained nicely and it had a lovely patio sitting area
I like that it was close to the interstate and not far away from everything.
