Everything. i was expecting a holiday inn to be so nice
Kia and Jessica were the best! Thank you for all your help with my booking
Staff is wonderful!! Hotel is being renovated. We were in a room that has not yet been renovated so we better understand why they are renovating. Room was rather dated. Couldn’t get TV to work and gentleman from desk worked very hard to figure out what was wrong and finally fixed. Prior guest had unplugged a number of things and he figured it out and fixed it.
Everything it was clean. The staff was very friendly. Everybody tried to help excellent.
Closeness to house. Stayed while house was rented.
