Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was lovely. Bonus that theres a good brew pub across the parking lot.

Good location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The establishment was clean. The breakfast was excellent; nice variety of selections. I loved the fresh, warm cinnamon rolls and their coffee machine that made you an individual fresh cup of coffee.

While traveling, we made a spur-of-the-moment decision to stay near Wilmington. We literally pulled to the side of the road to pull up nearby hotels. We tend to overlook Holiday Inns but when we saw it had a great review, we took our chances! I require a roll-in shower ADA room and they had one available. Score! It’s always dicey booking an ADA room as most hotel staff don’t know the difference between a grab bar and a roll-in shower! ( we had just come from a hotel where we had to switch rooms 3 times before they finally got it right.) This Holiday Inn was a most pleasant surprise from the friendly gentleman who checked us in, to the correct roll-in shower room, to the cleanliness, to the comfortable large room, to the ease of its location! Everything was perfect!

Breakfast - Best quality compared to similar hotels at West Chester PA or Cherry Hill NJ or Center City PA. Coffee was available 24/7 that was a plus. Property was super clean and stuff very pleasant and accommodating

The beds were very comfortable. We had been driving for over 13 hours. So to have a nice comfortable bed to sleep on was a huge bonus! The whole place was very clean and just warm and cozy.
