Jupheena Hernandez, front office manager very helpful. Friendly and very accommodating. It's a pleasure to deal with someone that is able to resolve a minor issue. She helped to make or stay enjoyable.
Breakfast was typical Holiday Inn fare.
Location excellent if you're going to Churchill Downs.

Breakfast was nice every morning and the proximity to the Expo Center was the reason I chose this location.
Staff was friendly, rooms was cleaned, restaurant food was awesome
