Location was perfect. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome the entire visit.

Breakfast sucked but everything else was amazing! The view from my room was breathtaking.Tina at the front desk needs a raise because she was literally everywhere at once lol. Thanks Tina for making sure I got that early check in and for everything else you helped me with

the stay was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well kept, the pool and Grilling area was nice touch to use at a hotel, it was nice to have everything close by and within walking distance, restaurant's, grocery store, and also had a Starbucks in the same building.

The hotel is well located in the downtown CLT, parking is located in the building next door, not directly connected to the hotel but just few mins walk from one to another. Great security measure, front dest is efficient and friendly. nice outdoor swimming pool, and great breakfast. The room is a nice studio and equipped with all the things wee need. Walking distance to the BOFA Stadium (for FIFA Club soccer game there)
