This hotel surprised me. The staff was very friendly, everything was very clean. The breakfast was great. It's very close to the Domain and the surrounding area is super quiet. I will book again when I visit Austin.
The hotel is very pretty decorated and clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was large and spacious. We had everything we needed. The kitchen....wow! I didn't leave my toiletries, but was thrilled that I didn't have to use them b/c you all provided most. In the morning the breakfast was packed, but it was kept with plenty of food. The attendants were very efficient providing plates and replacing empty food trays with new ones. All was very organized and the food selection was great with 2 separate waffle stations. It helped with the line. I will 100% recommend!
Very clean and spacious. The location was great, within a 5 minute walk to The Domain.
Was impressed by the cleanness of the room and found it nice that I received a text to make sure everything was to my standards. They opened up communication through text message which made it very east to communicate any needs we had.
The breakfast is always great here. Love the fact they have variety and something for everyone. The staff of course is amazing especially Rodwin. He made my visit welcoming and inviting. Everyone there is so nice and friendly, which is a plus for someone traveling alone, made me feel safe at all times.
