Located off Interstate 81, this resort in Cortland, New York offers rooms with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. It features skiing, an indoor water park and an on-site spa. the room was very clean and as usual the staff was friendly.
The facility was spacious, elegant, and well-maintained. Our suite was gorgeous and clean and everything looked brand-new. The water park and heated pool were fantastic and staffed with life guards, and we enjoyed making s'mores around the fire pit before bedtime. The steakhouse was nice, and the prices were great even before the buy one, get one offer. But the restaurant was crowded when we got there and service was slow and they appeared understaffed. The rib-eyes were delicious, though.
Great outdoor patio, firepits, trails, and proximity to Hope Lake. Comfortable lobby and bar area. Full kitchenette and cooking supplies. Well-appointed bathroom with plenty of room and counter space. Friendly and efficient staff.
Staff was great,however sometimes there was no one attending the check in desk. Tubs were nice,deep and good for soaking in.
This is a great summer place for traveling baseball families. There’s tons for the kids to do!
