The receptionists are very nice and kind
Я четвертый раз живу в этом отеле, самый главный плюс - это расположение рядом с DUOMO, отель предоставляет трансфер на хороших авто бизнес класса.
С завтраками есть проблема, так как отель небольшой, примерно 50-55 номеров, очень маленькая зона для завтраков, ассортимент завтрака крайне маленький, весь зал и шведский стол обслуживает 1 пожилой филиппинец, который работает там очень давно, иногда не хватает приборов, из горячего только мини сосиски и скрэмбл, из 5 дней которые я жил попал на скрэмбл 2 раза.
Местоположение отличное, одноместные номера очень маленькие, но со свежим ремонтом,
Кондиционер был неисправен- вместо 16 градусов нагревал комнату до парникового эффекта, прикроватный светильник не работал
Не далеко от центра , но далековато от метро , все есть в шаговой доступности , кафешки магазины, супермаркет за углом . номер маленький с окном, все необходимое есть, уборка и смена постельного каждый день, очень чисто . ТВ, холодильник , окно , кровать 1,5, очень тихо( чему я несказанно рада)
Лифт на цоколе , надо спускаться с первого до цоколя, не подходит для маломобильных клиентов , огорчило отношение администраторов отеля( не все) , пренебрежительное отношение к клиентам из России, в отличие от других стран))
Расположение - до Миланского собора 7 минут пешком. Неплохой завтрак. Современные номера.
Недоброжелательное поведение работника ресепшена.
