Cameron went out of his way to help me. I had injured my back on a hike and he set me up with an ice pack. He offered to handle my bags. Just tremendous customer service.
I was greeted with exceptional service and kind ess and was not judged on my appearance
Overall the room was very spacious at a reasonable price, as well as the comfort being near local shops, definitely a place worth coming back to.
The room size and how clean everything is. The access to downtown. Really liked that you can check in late.
Great location for waterfront and downtown. Rooms were clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but met our needs. Good parking onsite but got crowded. Parked on the street a couple of times at night.
