Absolut Top! Lage, Sauberkeit, Service, Preis/Lestung - alles stimmt. Sauber, gross und gut ausgestattet.

Location is excellent. !! I changed 3 rooms , becauase they all smelled really bad.. and all rooms are very very old, not a five star hotel.. a 3 star hotel would be nicer.. bed linen was very dirty with a big black spot.. i took a picture and showed it to the reception !

The breakfast was great. Good location. Very good service. The gym can be with more fitness devices, it should not cost so much for begining some power and parallel devices, few heavy weight the max was 10 kilo. It will be nice to build small jacuzzi near the swimming pool.

The location is excellent. Along Kudamm and many restaurants and shops around. There is a lot of marble and brass which give elegancy. There were no amenities at all in the bathroom. There was a loose waste bucket without a pedal bin in the bathroom. The mini bar was not completely filled. You had to rent coffee or tea facilities for €25/€15! Really ridiculous! The cheapest glass of wine at the hotelbar was €11,- The interior as well as the carpeting of our superior room were dated, but we saw that they are renovating these rooms. The room was noisy. And almost all day the chambermaids were busy in the corridor and left their trolleys. The Breakfast was at the restaurant which is far too small and unlogical for the guests and (hard working!) staff to get at the breakfast-buffet. Which regulary has to be refilled so sometimes you had to wait. The staff is as you would expect: polite. We stayed here before at the time it was still a Kempinski hotel, with classic interior and grandeur. It looks like they have now lowered their standards to be able to lower their price to attract a broader range of guests. There are definitely far better 5 star hotels in Berlin. But if you're looking for a 4+ star hotel at the centre of Berlin-West it certainly is worth considering the Bristol hotel.
