Loved learning about the history of the hotel and the location was perfect.
Very nice hotel very nice location
Great staff and comfort
The Beauty and history are incredible. The staff were so helpful and kind . We also love the comfort of the bed and forgot to see if we could see a tag of what company made the pillows so we could purchase them for our home . We would love to know if a team member could let us know.
Grand old hotel in a perfect location. The bed was very comfortable.
Location perfect to walk to downtown area. Close to skywalk to hot springs. Beautiful hotel with old world charm and decor. Nice restaurant in hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. Our window looked out on part of roof with electrical boxes but beautifully hidden with stained glass mural.
