It’s nice to come back to a place where you can have a rest after an eventful day in the city Hotel «Hotel Miami» is located in Rome. This hotel is located 1 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Repubblica – Teatro dell'Opera, Column of Antoninus Pius and Villa Medici.

Location is great.
Very clean
Noise/drilling on the 6th floor in the morning, meaning you could not sleep or have a conversation. In the first morning it was from 9am. Was told they would resolve it. Next morning, noise started from 7:30am. Told that since it was after 9am, they cannot do anything about it. They said they would look into it. I said can they email me to let me know how it goes. They said they cant, I said they have my email already from the booking. They gave me their email address to email, which I did. They responded an hour later saying:
We are very sorry about the inconvenience.
Unfortunately the floor of the building from which the noise was originated it's not part of the Hotel.
We tried to investigate the source of the noise but we weren't able to understand were it comes from.
We also tried to get in touch with you this morning, and we would have offered you to change room, but you weren't in your room and unfortunately now it is no longer possible to make a change.
I was not in the room, as they said they would let me know by email. The next morning, noise started again before 9am. I changed hotel.
Идеальное расположение. До главных достопримечательностей рукой подать. Вышел и сразу остановка автобуса. Есть кондиционер.

Так как прилетали рано утром, то заранее связались с отелем с просьбой заселиться пораньше. Положительный ответ получили незамедлительно, более того, после выезда без проблем оставили в отеле на несколько часов чемоданы, прогулялись спокойно перед поздним вылетом. В отеле есть всё необходимое, завтраки включены, понравилось практически всё.
Спасибо.
Отель расположен недалеко от метро, что и было одним из критериев выбора, однако, (не по вине отеля разумеется)) позже выяснилось, что три ближайшие к отелю станции метро закрыты на ремонт.
