Awesome building, location, staff, accommodations! We had a great time and enjoyed everyone at the hotel!
Beautiful and wonderful staff from parking to check in and house keeping
Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent. View was nice of the French Quarter. Room service was quick and delicious. The valet was quick and easy on arrival. Check in & out were simple. Everyone we encountered in the hotel was so nice and professional.
Ate only one meal in hotel. French fries were great!
Staff at front desk was well trained & efficient. The bellman, Michael, was one of the best I’ve seen - a real treasure.
Location was great - easy to reach St Charles trolley. Hotel had character and comfort. visited Carousel 4 times for the music and drinks.
