Indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool, and breakfast! The place was totally kid friendly and amazingly close to everything!
The management and staff went out of their way to help me whenever they could. When I arrived, the manager at the front desk helped me with my bags, as did a member of the custodial staff when I was leaving. And there was always fresh coffee brewing at breakfast. Amazing commitment to service and courtesy.
Clean, quiet and one block from Main St. Great restaurants. A 5 minute walk to the ferry.
Breakfast had alot of options...could use a better location. It was hot in the pool room and also my anxiety was on edge because my kids were so interested in the pool. It was tougt to eat and keep them out of the water. We enjoyed eating outside when a table was available though!
The room was spacious and had a balcony we enjoyed for some reading time. A/C worked well, if aimed a little too closely to the beds but it wasn't bad. Everything was very clean and housekeeping even left a bag with a full set of fresh towels and toilet paper when we left the "do not disturb" sign out. Beds were comfy, we had pillows of varying fluffiness, the shower had good water pressure, and there was a full array of bathroom toiletries (which, sadly, isn't always a given!). The staff was warm and friendly. The included breakfast was plentiful (bagels, English muffins, muffin varieties, cereal, yogurt, granola, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, etc.). Location is excellent, with all of the main Hyannis sites in easy walking distance. Plentiful parking on site.
