How clean it is and how great and friendly the staff is.
The location is good. Lots of food options and walking distance to Disney parks.

I love the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I asked for some accommodations, and they find solutions for all of my needs. The facility is clean, and the location is perfect.
We like the proximity, 15mins walk to Disneyland gate. Lots of restaurant options surrounding it. Even convenience store and Walgreens/CVS close the hotel.
Room is spacious. Bed comfortable. Staff accommodating & pleasant.
