The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel looked nice. I liked the location.
There was restaurant/ bar so I could grab a bite after a long day and not have to go looking
The suite was nice and big. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very polite and attentive.
Breakfast was very good and there was a variety of items to choose from. The room was very clean and we had a decent view of the lake. Was within walking distance to several restaurants. The entrance ramp to I-30 was nearby and easy to get to and was just minutes from a variety of shopping locations. They have a nice outside sitting area just off the dining room.
Staff was pleasant and responsive to our needs. Every time we returned from being out there was always someone there to greet us.
Great location- easy to get on and off highway and get to other places easily. It’s close to the restaurants. The room was very clean and had everything you need for a comfy night’s stay. Breakfast was yummy- much better than some of the other hotel chains. We will stay again next time we visit Rockwall!
