This Inn in downtown Idyllwild exceeded my expectations. When I checked in I spoke to Scott, who was extremely friendly and welcoming to myself, my husband, and our dog. We loved our room with the comfortable bed, decorations, and the carving over the fireplace. While we didn't need the fireplace that night, it was stocked with wood. The bathroom was very clean, and the refrigerator was big enough for all of the groceries we carried in our cooler. The only drawback was the coffee the Inn offers, but we compromised and got coffee at Pure Bean next door in the morning. We were in Idyllwild for a quick visit with family, and this was a pleasant stay in a great location.

The inn is right in town and very walkable. There’s a coffee shop right next door! Staff was super friendly and everything was clean. They also have cabins which I look forward to staying in the future.
