The location was great for what we wanted. It's between Bourbon St. and Royal, so right down the street from activities. However, it's also far enough away from all the festivities that you can't sleep.
The floors were very dirty. Also, the shower faucet had a leak so bad that we used up all the towels the first day drying the floors. Afterwards, the towels were covered in dirt from the floors.
