I love the service Josefina the housekeeper helped us with the location, is a nice resort and the distances are long too but she directs us and gave us instructions and tips.
It’s a beautiful resort with plenty of things to do.
The whole experience from the time I got there till the time I left
Really nice hotel with a lot of possibilities for kids, e.g. watching Flamingos, game center, play area, mini golf and more. Dinner at Mikado restaurant was perfect.
Beautiful! Loved seeing the black swans in the morning.
