Very clean, nice decor! Loved the soaking tub and ambiance of the room.
There was mishaps in delivery of Anniversary foods items chicure board and strawberries. Items were ordered prior to trip to be in room prior to arrival. They were not delivered. Called 7pm to inquire why delivery did not happen and to ask for a microwave. Microwave was delivered but still no food. The next day advised Michelle front desk Supervisor and she was wonderful. She gave us a food credit which was nice. We were out all day and when we arrived back to the room chicure board and strawberries was on the table. Classy! I left a nice Google message with Michelle's name in it. Thank you Michelle.
Love the property turn down service and the friendly staff. I was able to check out at 1pm to finish my conference!
It’s a convenient downtown location with nice spa & restaurant, it’s clean and comfortable
There was not a spot to be able to charge our phones-hook up the line.
